🔍 How to Check if Hyper-V is Enabled
Press Windows + R, type
optionalfeatures, and hit Enter.In the Windows Features window, look for Hyper-V.
If it’s unchecked – you’re good to go! ✅
If it’s checked – follow the steps below to disable it. ❌
🛠️ How to Disable Hyper-V
Method 1: Windows Features
Open the Windows Features window (
optionalfeatures).Uncheck Hyper-V.
Click OK and restart your PC.
Method 2: Command Prompt
Open Command Prompt as administrator (search “cmd”, right-click, Run as administrator).
Type this command and press Enter: dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V-All
Restart your PC.
❗ Troubleshooting
Still seeing issues? Make sure Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform are also unchecked in Windows Features.
